How it works:
When thetransformer oil vacuum filter unitis working, the oil is removed impurities through a special filter with high efficiency and large amount of dirt. The contact area of oil liquid in vacuum separator is enlarged hundreds times by using special water separator and personalized vacuum separator, and the cavitation system makes the evaporation surface area of oil continuously increase, and the evaporation interface is continuously renewed, which increases the stroke of oil in vacuum system and the static moisture evaporation area to the limit, so that the moisture in oil can be rapidly evaporated and discharged by vacuum system under the conditions of low heat, high vacuum degree, large surface and high pumping speed.
The water and gas discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator are gradually cooled and dehumidified by the cooling system, and then discharged into the air by the vacuum pump.
